I select suitable plants and animals directly before shipping. I focus on good condition, clean packaging and the safest possible dispatch.
Safely packed
Plants are shipped in suitable envelopes. For live animals, protected packaging such as styrofoam boxes and suitable insulation are used when required.
Natural product
As these are natural products and living animals, size, color, growth pattern or markings may vary slightly. Small natural differences are normal.

Plants are packed in suitable shipping envelopes. For live animals, protective packaging is used to ensure the safest possible arrival.

For plants and animals, prompt and proper acceptance of the shipment is important.
Accept shipments immediately
Please accept letters and parcels as quickly as possible and do not leave them sitting unnecessarily. No liability can be accepted for damage caused by delayed acceptance or late collection.
Natural traces may be present
Despite careful inspection, plants may contain snails, snail eggs or other natural traces. Please inspect the delivery again before adding it to your aquarium.
Check delivery carefully
Please inspect plants, animals and packaging immediately upon arrival. This helps detect unwanted hitchhikers, damage or other irregularities early.
Sensitive animals
Shrimp and corals are more sensitive than many plants or snails. Please make sure you can accept the shipment immediately and that suitable aquarium conditions are available.
Winter and weather
Especially during cold periods, shipments should be received with extra care. Sensitive plants and animals must not remain outside or at a pickup point for long.
Natural variation
As these are natural products, shape, color, size and growth may vary slightly. Delivered products may therefore differ slightly from example images.
Payment
Payment is possible via TWINT or bank transfer. Please always include the order number when making payment.
